1. Deposits & Payments - All orders require a 50% deposit to begin production. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full at or before the time of pickup.

2. Contracts & Agreements - To ensure clarity and protection for both parties, all clients are required to have a signed contract on file before any work commences.

3. Liability Waiver - Caswell Merchandising (CM) is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left on the premises or during the fulfillment process. Clients provide items at their own risk.

4. Returns & Exchanges - We maintain a strict zero return or exchange policy. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once the order is placed.

5. Intellectual Property - Caswell Merchandising (CM) owns all file work, including but not limited to digital designs, setups, and production files created by our team, unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
